[目的]探讨宁肠汤对肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠神经内分泌功能的调节作用。[方法]以夹尾、束缚刺激作为应激原复制IBS大鼠模型,采用放免法检测模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴功能,观察宁肠汤的调节作用。[结果]IBS大鼠HPA轴兴奋亢进,皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素水平明显升高(P<0.01)。而宁肠汤能降低皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素的水平,抑制HPA轴的兴奋性。[结论]宁肠汤对应激引起的的神经内分泌功能紊乱有一定的调节作用。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Ningchang Decoction on the neuroendocrine function of rats with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). [Methods] IBS rat model was reproduced by using tail clip and restraint stimulation as stressors. The function of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis in model rats was detected by radioimmunoassay and the regulating effect of Ningchangtang was observed. [Results] The hyperactivity of HPA axis in IBS rats significantly increased cortisol and adrenocorticotropic hormone levels (P<0.01). The Ningchang soup can reduce the levels of cortisol and adrenocorticotropic hormone and inhibit the excitability of the HPA axis. [Conclusion] Ningchang Decoction can regulate the neuroendocrine dysfunction caused by stress.
