党的十五大报告丰富和发展了马克思主义关于所有制问题的理论,为我们进一步解放思想,突破各种禁锢指出了方向,可是,我们的一些干部和职工群众至今还没有从根本上走出在所有制调整和完善过程中认识上的误区。在新旧体制发生冲突时,在企业的重组过程中,往往用旧的所有制观念认识和判断问题,对社会主义初级阶段以公有制为主体,多种所有制经济共同发展,公有制经济可以多样化不理解。因此,各级领导干部必须认真学习党的十五大报告中关于所有制问题的论述,尽快解放思想,转变观念,组织引导职工深刻理解社会主义初级阶段的所有制理论,走出认识上的误区,坚持用“三个有利于”的标准判断公有制实现形式上的是与非。
