我们对某树脂厂接触较高浓度氯乙烯单体的10名氯乙烯反应釜操作工,进行了外周血淋巴纽胞染色体畸变和姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)分析。10名工人工龄为4~12年(平均6年),工人除有头晕、头痛及记忆力减退外,余无特殊阳性发现。历次生产岗位氯乙烯单体浓度测定波动范围为9.36~2706.30毫克/立方米,平均浓度358.20毫克/立方米。10名氯乙烯操作工为观察组,另选12名无毒物接触史
We conducted a chromatid exchange (SCE) analysis of peripheral blood lymphoid neutrophils on 10 vinyl chloride reactor operators who were exposed to a higher concentration of vinyl chloride monomer at a resin plant. Ten workers were 4 to 12 years old (average 6 years). Workers except for dizziness, headache and memory loss found no specific positive findings.
