为了明确前期获得的对致病疫霉有显著抑制和诱抗作用的拮抗菌中生防潜力更大的菌株,以对峙培养法、打孔法、离体组织切片法对菌株Sy11、M15和A5295抑制致病疫霉的部分性能和抑菌效果进行了比较。结果显示,在抑制致病疫霉菌丝生长和孢子萌发方面,Sy11和M15均显著优于A5295,在马铃薯块茎切片上预防晚疫病方面,三者之间无显著差异;但Sy11在抑制致病疫霉孢子囊形成和游动孢子萌发方面则明显优于M15;Sy11的抑制率分别为68.9%和71.3%,M15的抑制率分别为56.7%和67.3%,两者之间有显著差异。表明Sy11菌株对马铃薯晚疫病的防治具有更大的应用潜力。
In order to clarify the strains with higher biocontrol potency in the antagonistic bacteria that had significant inhibitory and inductive effects on P. infestans obtained in earlier stage, the strains Sy11, M15 and A5295 Inhibition of Phytophthora infestans part of the performance and antibacterial effect were compared. The results showed that Sy11 and M15 were significantly better than A5295 in inhibiting the growth of Phytophthora infestans mycelia and spore germination, and there was no significant difference in the prevention of late blight on potato tuber slices. However, The results showed that M15 was superior to M15 in the formation of mold sporocysts and zoospore germination. The inhibition rate of Sy11 was 68.9% and 71.3%, respectively. The inhibition rates of M15 were 56.7% and 67.3%, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two. The results showed that Sy11 strain had greater potential for controlling potato late blight.
