代表着我国零部件工业希望的中国汽车零部件工业联营公司,1991年工业总产值达40.3亿元,占全国汽车零部件工业总产值的25％。产品品种有500多类1000多种,为全国所有主要汽车产品配套和市场维修,年利润4亿元。在出口方面,1991年全公司创汇0.8亿元,约占全国零部件行业的40％,占全国汽车工业产品出口总值的20％。当前,根据中汽总公司领导的要求,在全国安排好70个关键品种约200个企业的建设,集中力量,狠抓其中50个左右企业形成零部件“小型巨人”。这是“八五”期间,零部件工业转捩起飞成敗的关键。“小型巨人”的建设,将对我国汽车零部件工业的健康发展,改变“散、乱、差”低水平局面起着正确的导向作用。

In terms of exports, the entire company earned a total of 80 million yuan of foreign exchange in 1991, accounting for about 40% of the national parts and components industry and accounting for 20% of the total export value of the national auto industry. At present, according to the requirements of the leaders of CATIC Corporation, the construction of 70 key varieties and about 200 enterprises in the whole country is planned and focused, and about 50 of them are responsible for the formation of the “small giant” parts and components. This is the key to the success or failure of the turn of the spare parts industry during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period. The construction of “mini-giant” will play a correct guiding role in the healthy development of China’s auto parts industry and in changing the low-level situation of “scattered, disorderly and poor”.
