甘草皂甙明显抑制由酵母聚糖及前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)引起的大鼠腹腔细胞内cAMP的上升。甘草皂甙复方降低由酵母聚糖刺激引起巨噬细胞释放的PGE_2,对小鼠巨噬细胞的移动无明显影响,但能减弱由植物血凝素诱导产生的巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)对巨噬细胞移动的抑制作用。用~(51)Cr标记调理的绵羊红细胞方法,证明低浓度甘草皂甙有刺激巨噬细胞吞噬的作用。本品对小鼠脾细胞增殖无显著影响。
Glycyrrhizin significantly inhibited the increase of cAMP in rat peritoneal cells induced by zymosan and prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2 ). Glycyrrhizin can reduce the release of PGE 2 from macrophages stimulated by zymosan without affecting the migration of mouse macrophages, but it can attenuate macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) induced by lectin in plants. Inhibition of macrophage migration. The use of ~(51)Cr-labeled sheep erythrocytes showed that low concentrations of Glycyrrhizin could stimulate macrophage phagocytosis. This product has no significant effect on mouse spleen cell proliferation.
