一○四团苜蓿沟幸福第三水库位于乌鲁木齐市西郊,是为了拦蓄青年渠等余水用于第二年的农业灌溉而设计兴建的一座小型水库。水库设计最大坝高20米,坝顶宽5米,最大蓄水库容328万方。由于当地缺乏粘性土料,坝体材料采用砂砾石料,考虑到施工进度(用振动碾施工),选用了斜墙坝方案,斜墙材料在死水位以上用沥青玻璃丝布(二层),防渗布毡下设无砂混凝土垫层(2～3厘米),毡上设50厘米厚反滤层以及35厘米厚块石护坡,死水位以下用单层筒式断面沥青混凝土防渗层(厚10厘米),上复沥青玻璃丝布封闭层一道。该库1982年4月开始勘测设计,1983年2月开始施工,1984年底竣工。竣工的当年蓄水161万
