心理健康教育目前已引起教育界的普遍重视,从2002年开始,体育与健康课程标准在全国部分中小学开始试行。新课程标准提出了“健康第一”的指导思想,促进学生健康成长。学生良好的个体心理环境不仅有利于沟通教学信息,促进教师和学生、学生和学生之间多边的心理相容和情感交流;更有利于克服学生的焦虑和紧张情绪,提高教学效率和教学效果,从而实现知识价值的顺利传递。体育活动对于促进人的心理健康具有积极的影响,尤其是在促进学生心理健康方面起着举足轻重的作用。
