应用免疫单向扩散法对75例脑血管病病人及32例正常人血清中多项补体成份进行了测定。结果显示,脑血栓形成病人补体C_3含量明显降低,而C_(1q),C_5和B因子的含量明显升高,同时还发现血小板活性亢进,与对照组相比有显著性差异。脑动脉硬化和脑出血患者除B因子的含量较对照组明显升高外,其余4种补体成份均无明显变化。提示补体成份对免疫复合物清除能力的低下和促进血小板活性的增强可能是导致血栓形成的重要原因。
A total of 75 patients with cerebrovascular disease and 32 normal controls were enrolled in this study. The results showed that the content of C_ (3q), C_5 and B factor in patients with cerebral thrombosis was significantly lower than that in the control group, and also found that the platelet activity was significantly increased. Patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis and intracerebral hemorrhage in addition to the B factor was significantly higher than the control group, the other four complement components did not change significantly. Suggesting that the complement component of the immune complex clearance and enhance the promotion of platelet activation may be an important cause of thrombosis.
