《中华人民共和国种子法》(以下简称《种子法》)对品种选育与审定工作做出了明确规定,《种子法》配套规章——《主要农作物品种审定办法》又进一步对农作物品种区试及审定工作做出了相应规定。笔者认为要贯彻落实好《种子法》及配套规章,依法做好我省农作物品种区试及审定工作,应当明确品种审定申请者、品种试验承担者和品种区试审定管理者三方的责任,认真抓好以下3个环节。
