很高兴看到郑老师最后和数学老师化解矛盾,形成合力。郑老师最后的理性认识非常到位,不过理性的认识往往无法取代感性的体验,理智上认为是对的,不代表着感情上是愉悦的。做一点小人之心的推测,郑老师很难说在感情上完全摆脱了被“架空”的感受,没有了这种推心置腹相互欣赏的情谊作基础,班主任与科任老师的合作也只能停留在理性认知层面,无法达到水乳交融的默契合作。
