黑尿热是疟疾的严重并发症．本文对10例黑尿热进行分析认为．新到疟区的外来人患本病的病情较重，这与他们为易感人群有关，对黑尿热治疗的关键是及时尽早输入新鲜血和应用糖皮质激素。
Black urethra is a serious complication of malaria. In this paper, 10 cases of black urine heat analysis.
