目的探讨促凋亡蛋白PDCD5(Programmed Cell Death 5)在卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤中的表达与两种类型的诊断、鉴别诊断的关联性及其与与预后的关系。方法收集濮阳市妇幼保健院、郑州大学第一附属医院2000年1月—2008年12月手术切除的上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织110例(其中卵巢良性肿瘤23例、交界性浆液性肿瘤59例、卵巢癌28例)。采用免疫组织化学方法检测各组织内PDCD5蛋白的表达,测定PDCD5蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌、卵巢良性肿瘤及交界性浆液性肿瘤中表达的平均阳性值,并结合临床资料进行统计学分析。结果 1PDCD5蛋白在卵巢良性肿瘤组织中呈高表达,在卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤中程中表达,在卵巢上皮性癌组织中呈低表达。分析结果显示:PDCD5蛋白的表达值在卵巢良性肿瘤组织中阳性率是86.9%、卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤组织是61%,卵巢上皮性癌组织是35.7%,这三组之间PDCD5蛋白表达差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。2PDCD5蛋白在低级别、高级别的卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤中的表达值不同,在低级别是77.8%,高级别是46.9%,这两组之间比较差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。3PDCD5在卵巢交界性浆液性肿瘤两种类型:经典型、微乳头性型中的表达亦存在差异。在G1经典型是71.1%,在微乳头型是42.9%,两者之间的差异有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。4为了进一步验证PDCD5蛋白表达值的强弱与患者复发率相关的强度,我们进行了Spearman相关分析,结果显示两者呈一定的负相关。(R=-0.85,P<0.05)。结论 PDCD5蛋白与卵巢浆液性交界性肿瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断及临床预后有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of the pro-apoptotic protein PDCD5 (PDCD5) in serous borderline ovarian tumors and the two types of diagnostic and differential diagnosis and its relationship with the prognosis. Methods Totally 110 cases of epithelial ovarian tumor resected in Puyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2000 to December 2008 were collected, including 23 cases of benign ovarian tumor, 59 cases of borderline serous tumor, Cancer in 28 cases). The expression of PDCD5 protein in each tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method. The average positive expression of PDCD5 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer, benign ovarian tumor and borderline serous tumor was determined. Statistical analysis was made based on the clinical data. Results 1 PDCD5 protein was overexpressed in benign ovarian tumors and was expressed in the middle of ovarian serous borderline tumors and low in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. The results showed that the positive expression rate of PDCD5 protein in benign ovarian tumors was 86.9%, serous borderline ovarian tumors was 61%, ovarian epithelial carcinoma was 35.7%, PDCD5 protein expression difference between the three groups There was significant statistical significance (P <0.05). The expression of 2PDCD5 protein in low-grade and high-grade ovarian serous borderline tumors was different, which was 77.8% at low level and 46.9% at high level. The difference between 2 groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). 3PDCD5 in the borderline ovarian serous tumors of two types: the classic, micro-papillary expression in the there are also differences. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) in the G1 classic 71.1% and in the micropapillary 42.9%. In order to further verify the strength of PDCD5 protein expression and the relapse rate of patients, we conducted Spearman correlation analysis, the results showed a negative correlation between the two. (R = -0.85, P <0.05). Conclusion PDCD5 protein is closely related to the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and clinical prognosis of serous borderline tumors in ovary.
