黄腐酸对缺血心肌的影响至今未见报道。本实验观察了黄腐酸对大鼠冠脉结扎后梗塞范围和心肌功能恢复的影响以及对左室血液动力学的直接影响,结果发现:(1)冠脉结扎早期应用黄腐酸能使结扎后2天时的梗塞范围明显缩小,心肌收缩性显著改善。(2)黄腐酸对左室血液动力学的直接影响表现为:主动脉压和左室内压增高。左室心肌收缩性增强,心率有加快的趋势。(3)在左室心肌收缩性下降的情况下,黄腐酸具有强心作用,作用大小与下降的程度密切相关。
The effect of fulvic acid on ischemic myocardium has not been reported.
