乳前牙反(牙合)是乳牙期较常见的错(牙合)畸形,对儿童颅面正常生长发育影响较大,因而被列为乳牙期必须立即矫治的错(牙合)之一。由于乳前牙反(牙合)的矫治一般比较简单,因而往往容易忽视对其颅面结构及发病机理进行深入分析,有关系统资料至今所见不多。为了使临床矫治更有针对性;同时,鉴于乳前牙反(牙合)是反(牙合)发育的第一阶段,为了全面地认识反(牙合)的发生、发展,有必要对乳前牙反(牙合)的颅面异常进行研究。
