目的 探讨傅立叶变换红外 (FT IR)光谱分析技术对大肠肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 用FT IR光谱仪分析大肠癌手术标本的癌及正常组织脱落细胞各 5 0例。多因素Logistic回归分析后 ,建立判别方程模型 ,回带分析计算诊断符合率。结果 1.癌细胞核的磷酸二酯基团伸缩振动谱带明显位移 ;2 .癌细胞蛋白质分子中C—O键吸收谱改变显著 ,吸收峰强度比 1174cm-1/ 115 5cm-1增强 ;3.回带分析结果与原方程判别结果基本一致 ;4.该方法判别大肠恶性肿瘤细胞的特异度、灵敏度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为 90 .91%、86 .36 %、86 .96 %和 90 .48%。结论 FT IR光谱对鉴别大肠恶性肿瘤细胞有一定临床应用价值 ,有望成为一种快速筛检恶性肿瘤细胞的工具。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy in colorectal neoplasms. Methods The FT-IR spectrometer was used to analyze 50 cases of colorectal cancer surgical specimens and 50 cases of exfoliated cells in normal tissues. After multivariate Logistic regression analysis, a discriminant equation model was established, and the diagnostic efficiency was calculated by the back-band analysis. The results showed that the stretch band of stretching band of phosphodiester group in cancer cell nucleus was obviously shifted; 2. The absorption spectrum of C—O bond in the protein molecule of cancer cell changed significantly, and the intensity of absorption peak was stronger than 1174cm-1/115 5cm-1. The results of the band analysis are basically consistent with the results of the original equation. 4. The specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of the method for judging colorectal cancer cells were 90.91%, 86.36%, and 86.96%, respectively. And 90.48%. Conclusion FT-IR spectroscopy has a certain clinical application value for the identification of colorectal cancer cells, and is expected to become a tool for rapid screening of malignant tumor cells.
