以不同浓度O,O-二甲基-α-[2,4-二氯苯氧丙酰氧基]丙基膦酸酯处理绿豆幼根,其过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及其同工酶均发生相应变化,高浓度HJCE对POD和SOD均有较强的抑制作用,低浓度则对其抑制较弱或有一定的激活作用.同时,不同浓度的HJCE对绿豆幼根细胞相对存活率也有相似的影响.
