对克罗恩病(CD)虽经数十年研究,但至今仍未明确其病因。以往报道该病北欧人发病较高,近年来随着国内临床医生对该病认识的提高以及小肠镜的应用,在我国CD检出率有逐渐升高趋势[1]。阐明CD的发病机理,寻求理想的治疗方案始终是对该病研究的重点。 Although Crohn’s disease (CD) after decades of research, but its etiology is still not clear.
