目的了解菏泽市人群感染甲型H1N1流感病毒的情况。方法采集哨点医院流感样病例、暴发疫情及重症病例的鼻、咽拭子标本,采用荧光定量PCR进行流感病毒核酸检测。结果 2009年9月～2010年6月,共检测493例标本,甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性210例,检出率42.60%。确诊病例男女比例为1︰1.04,主要集中在5～29岁(80.48%);分布在8个县区;11月份和12月份确诊病例占确诊病例总数的71.91%。结论菏泽市甲型H1N1流感确诊病例以学生和青壮年人群为主,2009年11月份和12月份是流行高峰。
Objective To understand the population infected with influenza A (H1N1) in Heze City. Methods Nasopharyngeal and throat swab samples from sentinel hospital were collected, and influenza virus nucleic acid was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results From September 2009 to June 2010, a total of 493 specimens were detected, and 210 were positive for the influenza A (H1N1) virus, with a detection rate of 42.60%. The ratio of male to female was 1︰1.04, mainly from 5 to 29 years old (80.48%), distributed in 8 counties. The confirmed cases in November and December accounted for 71.91% of the total confirmed cases. Conclusions The confirmed cases of Influenza A (H1N1) in Heze City are mainly students and young adults, with the peak in November and December 2009.
