介绍了一种简单而又灵敏的糖类荧光测定方法,这一方法基于糖类与2,3二氨基萘(DAN)在硫酸介质中的反应。在最佳条件下荧光强度与糖浓度有很好的线性关系,对不同的糖其检测限为11×10-8molL~97×10-8molL。
A simple and sensitive method for the determination of carbohydrate fluorescence is presented. This method is based on the reaction of sugars with 2,3 diaminonaphthalene (DAN) in a sulfuric acid medium. Under optimal conditions, the fluorescence intensity has a good linear relationship with the sugar concentration, and the detection limit of different sugars is 11 × 10-8molL ~ 97 × 10-8molL.
