几年来,在加快社会经济发展的步伐的同时对全球的生态环境的破坏极为严重。例如全球气温持续上升、冰山融化等恶劣气候现象出现速率增加迅速,频繁的自然灾害已经对全球人民的生命安全以及财产安全造成严重的损坏。因此,减少二氧化碳的排放、减缓全球温度变暖是维护人们的生存环境的重要解决途径,同样也是全球需要共同合作且努力的方向。本文主要阐述了低碳电力的发展现状,并未就这一策略我国有怎样的发展方向,以及如何切实实施政策来实现低碳经济。
In the past few years, the pace of social and economic development has been accelerated while the global ecological environment has been severely damaged. For example, global temperatures have been on the rise, and the rate of inclement weather such as the melting of icebergs has increased rapidly. Frequent natural disasters have caused serious damage to the lives and property of people around the world. Therefore, reducing carbon dioxide emissions and slowing global warming are important solutions to safeguarding people’s living environment. It is also a direction that the world needs to work together and work hard. This article mainly expounds the current situation of the development of low-carbon electricity and does not give any direction for the development of this strategy in our country and how to effectively implement the policy to achieve a low-carbon economy.
