日前,在北京揭晓的“首届中国消费者(用户)最喜爱品牌民意调查”大型公益活动中,海尔(600690)从众多国内外知名品牌中脱颖而出,海尔高端彩电如数字等离子电视、数字液晶电视、数字显像管(CRT)电视、数字背投电视等全线告捷,被消费者推选为2004年度“中国消费者最喜爱电视品牌”。此次的调查活动是由人民日报社市场信息中心主办,100多家权威行业协会协办,全国30多个省、市、自治区的消费者通过人民网、搜狐等多家网站进行公开投票,对企业的服务、质量、信誉、环保、购物首选、满意程度、市场竞争力、市场潜力、企业形象等15项指标进行综合测评。这样的评选结果真实体现了全国各个地方不同消费者的真实意愿,具有很强的社会效应和市场指导价值。海尔彩电凭借其高质量的产品、高品质的服务、不断创新的精神和良好的企业形象获此殊荣本也不在意外,只是,在本次调查中,海尔受到消费者认可和推崇的不是普通的彩电,而是一直以来国产品牌在市场地位上不占优势的高端彩电。这意味着以海尔为首的国产品牌在高端彩电市场上品质、技术和服务己经被广大消费者全面接受,并成为消费者购买时的首选。
