[目的]分析嘉善县1988~2012年胰腺癌发病特征及变化趋势。[方法]对嘉善县肿瘤登记处1988~2012年期间胰腺癌发病资料进行统计分析,计算粗发病率、世界人口标化率等指标。[结果]1988~2012年嘉善县胰腺癌发病934例,占全部癌症发病的3.84%,在癌症发病构成中居第7位,粗发病率为9.89/10万,世界标化率为6.56/10万,35~64岁截缩率为9.63/10万,0~64岁累积率为0.34%,0~74岁累积率为0.77%,胰腺癌粗发病率的PC和APC分别为422.27%和8.58%,世标率的PC和APC分别为168.19%和5.24%。男女性发病世标率分别为7.78/10万和5.39/10万,性别比为1.44∶1。发病年龄在45~79岁年龄组占84.7%。[结论 ]嘉善县胰腺癌发病率以年平均8.58%的速度上升,男性多于女性,发病年龄呈向高年龄组发展趋势,应该重视对胰腺癌的防治工作。 [Objective] To analyze the characteristics and trends of pancreatic cancer in Jiashan from 1988 to 2012. [Methods] The data of incidence of pancreatic cancer in Jiashan County Cancer Registry from 1988 to 2012 were statistically analyzed, and the crude incidence rate and world population standardization rate were calculated. [Results] The incidence of pancreatic cancer in Jiashan from 1988 to 2012 was 3.34%, accounting for 3.84% of all cancers, ranking the 7th in terms of the incidence of cancer. The crude incidence rate was 9.89 / lakh and the world standardization rate was 6.56 / lakh , 35-64 years of age was 9.63 / 100,000, the cumulative rate was 0.34% in 0-64 years, 0.77% in 0-74 years. The PC and APC of crude incidence of pancreatic cancer were 422.27% and 8.58% , The world standard rate of PC and APC were 168.19% and 5.24%. The prevalence rate of male and female Worldmark members were 7.78 / 100,000 and 5.39 / 100,000, respectively, and the sex ratio was 1.44:1. The age of onset in the 45 to 79 age group accounted for 84.7%. [Conclusion] The incidence of pancreatic cancer in Jiashan County increased at an average annual rate of 8.58%. There were more males and females than those in females. The age of onset showed a trend toward higher age groups. Prevention and treatment of pancreatic cancer should be emphasized.
