中国的政府新闻发布制度是在改革开放的形势下发展起来的,并随着中国的经济发展和经济全球化的进程而不断加快。2003年突如其来的“非典”疫情更是对新闻发布制度的建立和完善起到了重要的推动作用。虽然我国政府新闻发布制度得到了迅速的发展,但在许多方面还不完善、不规范,因此有必要加以规范和完善,从而充分发挥我国政府新闻发布制度的积极作用。
China’s government press release system was developed under the circumstances of reform and opening up and has been accelerating with the progress of China’s economic development and economic globalization. The unexpected “SARS” epidemic in 2003 also played an important role in promoting the establishment and improvement of the press release system. Although the system of government press release in our country has been developed rapidly, it is still imperfect and non-standard in many aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate and improve it, so as to give full play to the active role of our government press release system.
