随着我国社会的快速发展和科技的极速进步,我国的各个领域都有着极大的进步,其中作为国家基础的军事领域发展速度处在世界前茅。在如今这个信息化的时代,军事战争也进入了信息战的时代,因此雷达的作用也变得越来越大了。雷达可以对海陆空各种目标进行全方位的监视与定位,可以说雷达检测是施行远程打击的必要条件之一。随着雷达技术的发展为了可以更好的检测目标并且不被目标的雷达系统截获雷达信号,各国都在研发低截获概率雷达信号,我国作为一个仅次于美俄的军事大国对于低截获概率雷达信号一直在不断的研究,并且也取得了一定的科技成果。
