本文以制度经济学视角对财务治理结构进行了分析,得出结论:财务技术方法并不是影响公司财务治理的关键因素,财务治理主体间的权利博弈及制度产权安排才是产生及解决问题的根本。
This paper analyzes the structure of financial governance from the perspective of institutional economics and concludes that the financial technology approach is not the key factor affecting the financial governance of the company. The game of rights and institutional ownership arrangements among the financial governance entities are the basis for generating and solving problems .
