安倍政府上台后,由日本内阁总理大臣安倍晋三提出的“安倍经济学”在一定意义上对日本经济起到了有力的促进作用。据统计,在安倍晋三执政期间,日本名义GDP增长5.9%,全行业营业收入增长30%,日经指数增长100%,而营商环境则从–12增长为15。此外,根据“安倍经济学”的计划,到2020年,外国企业的对日直接投资额将倍增至35兆日元。因此,随着2014年年底中日关系的逐渐回暖,日本经济产业省正在加大力度促进中日直接投资。
