接近顾客是店铺销售的一个重要步骤,是很讲技巧的工作。做得好,不但拉近了与顾客的心理距离,而且还可以尽快地促成交易;反之,尚未开口便可能把消费者吓跑了。
Being close to the customer is an important step in the sales of the shop. It is a very skillful job. Doing well not only narrows the psychological distance with the customer, but also facilitates the transaction as soon as possible; on the contrary, it may scare the consumer away before it is opened.
