目的探讨同一部位选用不同电离室测射野的DR摄影中辐射剂量的变化。方法选取胸部右侧位、骨盆正位,颈椎右侧位及右肩关节正位进行DR摄影,并按不同的电离室选择方案将患者图像分成两组。分别记录每张工作站采集的图像中入射体表剂量ESD及剂量面积乘积DAP的数值,并进行统计分析。结果同一部位的两组间DR摄影ESD值,DAP值差异有统计学意义。χ2检验6组照片的甲级片率无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论同一部位选用不同组合的电离室DR摄影,受检者的辐射剂量不同;优化的电离室组合可以在保证不降低图像质量的前提下,降低DR的曝光量和受检者的辐射剂量。
Objective To investigate the changes of radiation dose in DR photography with different ionization chamber radiographs in the same site. Methods DR photography was performed on right chest, anteroposterior pelvis, right posterior cervical vertebra and right shoulder joint. Patients were divided into two groups according to different ionization chamber options. The values of ESD and DAP, respectively, in the images collected by each workstation were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in the same site of DR photography ESD value, DAP value. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The same site selected different combinations of ionization chamber DR photography, the subjects of the radiation dose is different; optimized ionization chamber combination can be guaranteed without reducing the image quality under the premise of reducing the DR exposure and the subject’s radiation dose.
