随着中小学教师资格制度改革的全面推行,教师资格考试将实行全国统考,这有利于提高教师整体素质,但也给教师队伍建设带来了挑战与冲击。本文就中小学教师资格制度的全面改革进行了论述,从增强师范生就业危机感、吸引非师范生投身教育界以及促进在职教师可持续发展等三个方面阐述了改革的必要性,揭示了全面推行新制度会带来增加非师范生报考人数、冲击师范教育培养体系、打破教师行业终身制、改革入职与审查制度等挑战,并针对这些问题提出改革师范类院校培养模式、加强对非师范生的培训与指导、引导在职教师适应改革变化以及完善教师资格考试与认证制度等解决策略,引导促进教师资格制度朝着有利于教师队伍建设的方向发展。
