目的:采用正交试验设计优化半夏泻心汤的水提醇沉工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验设计法,以小檗碱、巴马汀、黄芩苷、黄芩素的含量为考评价指标,考察加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间对半夏泻心汤水提醇沉工艺的影响。结果:正交试验优选确定的工艺条件为加水20倍,浸泡60min,煎煮40min。结论:半夏泻心汤的水提醇沉工艺条件合理、稳定、可行。
Objective: To optimize the conditions of water extraction and alcohol precipitation of Banxiaxiexin Decoction by orthogonal experimental design. Methods: The content of berberine, palmatine, baicalin and baicalein were used as evaluation indexes by orthogonal test design method. The effects of water addition, soaking time and decocting time on water extraction and alcohol precipitation of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Impact. Results: The optimum conditions for the orthogonal test were as follows: water 20 times, soaking 60min, boiling 40min. Conclusion: The water extraction and alcohol precipitation conditions of Banxia Xiexin Decoction are reasonable, stable and feasible.
