职业能力是人们从事某种职业的多种能力的综合,企业资源计划(ERP)沙盘模拟课程强化学习者的管理知识、训练管理技能。笔者阐述基于职业能力培养的实训课程教学理念,分析基于职业能力培养的ERP沙盘模拟实训成绩的评定,设计基于职业能力培养的ERP沙盘模拟实训评价的方式和手段,主要包括指导教师开展职业能力培养的点评与分析、基于职业能力培养的归纳总结与分析、基于职业能力培养的讲评基本做法及其意义。基于职业能力培养的ERP沙盘模拟实训教学方式使学生在参与、体验中全面提升职业能力和综合素质,提高了ERP沙盘模拟实训课程的教学质量。
Professional ability is a combination of people’s ability to engage in a career. An enterprise resource planning (ERP) sand table simulation course enhances learner’s management knowledge and training management skills. The author expounds the teaching concept of training course based on vocational ability training, analyzes the evaluation of training results of ERP sand table based on vocational ability training, and designs the methods and means of ERP sand table simulation training evaluation based on vocational ability training, which mainly includes instructing teachers to carry out Reviews and analyzes the cultivation of vocational ability, summarizes and analyzes based on the cultivation of professional ability, and discusses the basic methods of commenting on the basis of professional ability cultivation and its significance. ERP sand table training method based on vocational ability training enables students to fully enhance their professional ability and overall quality in participation and experience and improve the teaching quality of ERP sand table simulation training course.
