渗碳淬火态活塞销脆性较大,静压负荷较低,但由于表层具有高的残余压应力,显著地提高了疲劳极限。渗碳淬火态与回火态活塞销的疲劳过载线存在交点,这必须考虑到渗碳钢表层的残余压应力的影响。基于活塞销以疲劳强度作为主要失效抗力指标的观点,渗碳淬火活塞销取消回火不仅能提高疲劳强度,而且还能简化生产工艺、节省大量能耗,具有重大的技术经济意义。
Carburized hardenable piston pin brittleness, hydrostatic load is low, but because of the surface with high residual compressive stress, significantly increased fatigue limit. Carburizing quenched and tempered piston pin fatigue overload line there is an intersection point, which must take into account the residual compressive stress of the carburized steel surface. Based on the view that fatigue resistance of piston pin is the main index of failure resistance, the quench of carburized and quenched piston pin can not only improve the fatigue strength, but also simplify the production process and save a lot of energy, which is of great technical and economic significance.
