结合近年来我国客运专线的建设实践,接触网设备实现预防性状态维护管理已是必然趋势,针对既有铁路局管理机制条件下实现预防性维护管理模式,提出几条切实可行的措施,以期我国客运专线接触网设施的长期安全可靠运营,并逐步向国际上先进的运营维护模式迈进。
Combined with the construction practice of China’s passenger dedicated line in recent years, it is an inevitable trend that the catenary equipment should be used to maintain and manage the preventive state. Several preventive measures are put forward to achieve the preventive maintenance and management mode under the existing railway administration mechanism. The long-term safe and reliable operation of the OCS facilities in passenger dedicated lines will gradually move towards the advanced mode of operation and maintenance in the world.
