本实验观察了家兔甘油性急性肾功能衰竭时异搏定对肾脏功能和形态的影响,结果表明,异搏定能增加肌酐清除率,降低血尿素氮和滤过钠排泄分数,保护肾小球,肾小管的细胞结构,有防治急性肾功能衰竭的作用,伤前和伤后立即给药效果好,其机制与增加肾小球滤过率,保护肾小管细胞的功能等因素有关。钙拮抗剂异搏定(verapomil)有多种作用,对休克,心脑缺血等疾病均有防治作用,但有关异搏定对急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)
This experiment observed the effect of verapamil on renal function and morphology in rabbits with glycerol-induced acute renal failure. The results showed that verapamil increased creatinine clearance, decreased blood urea nitrogen and filtered sodium excretion, and protected renal cells. The cellular structure of the bulbs and renal tubules has the effect of preventing and treating acute renal failure, and the effects of the administration are good before and after the injury. The mechanisms are related to increasing glomerular filtration rate and protecting the function of renal tubular cells. The calcium antagonist verapamil has multiple actions and has a preventive and therapeutic effect on shock, heart and brain ischemia, but related verapamil on acute renal failure (ARF)
