在许多人眼里,全国中学生运动会是衡量一个省市或地区中学学校体育竞赛开展水平的坐标,是展示中学学校体育全面发展的重要舞台。从上述意义来说,一个省市或地区在中运会上的竞赛成绩,无疑也成为展示其学校体育全面发展的重要窗口。从上届中运会团体总分第二,到本届中运会金牌数、团体总分第一,北京中学生运动会代表团以优异的表现,令学校体育界对其刮目相看。本刊记者在日前采访了北京中运会代表团秘书长、北京市教育委员会体育美育处处长甘北林,请他谈谈北京市中学学校体育竞赛精彩表现背后的根本原因和自身经验。
