目的调查医药分开试点后首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院(以下简称我院)门诊中草药销售数据变化,分析患者次均药费趋势。方法收集我院2011年7月—2012年6月及2012年7月—2013年6月门诊中药处方,分析医药分开前后的中药使用情况,包括取药人次、销售总金额和次均药费等。结果与医药分开前相比,医药分开后我院中草药取药总人次和取药总剂数分别增长了14.18%和3.64%,中草药销售总金额和次均药费分别下降了12.1%和23.21%。结论实施医药分开以来,通过提升医疗服务水平、加强用药管理等措施,我院患者次均药费下降,中药的使用情况更加合理。
Objective To investigate the change of sales data of Chinese herbal medicine in Beijing Friendship Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University (hereinafter referred to as “the hospital”) after the trial of medicine separately, and to analyze the trend of the average drug charges of patients. Methods The prescriptions of Chinese medicine in our hospital from July 2011 to June 2012 and from July 2012 to June 2013 were collected to analyze the usage of Chinese medicine before and after the separation of medicine, including the number of people taking drugs, the total amount of sales and the average drug fees . Results Compared with that before the medicine was separated, the total number of people taking medicine and taking the total dose of herbs in our hospital increased by 14.18% and 3.64% respectively after the medicine was separated. The total sales amount and the average medicine fee of Chinese herbal medicine decreased by 12.1% and 23.21% . Conclusion Since the implementation of the separation of medicine, by increasing the level of medical services and strengthening the management of medication, the average cost of medicine in our hospital decreased and the use of traditional Chinese medicine was more reasonable.
