对于社会主义我国来说,始终坚持“全心全意为人民服务”理念。在国内部分建筑企业中,这一理念却未得到较好的落实,即思想政治工作人员将自身摆在“管理者”或“教育者”位置之上,一味注重思想政治工作中的教育功能与政治功能,忽视了社会功能与服务功能。从服务职工层面看,其呈现为服务理论薄弱、服务方法滞后、服务领域不明确、服务成效不显著等,严重制约到建筑企业的长期稳定发展。针对于这一问题,迫切需要建筑企业树立“服务”理念,转变建筑企业思想政治工作功能,因此本文将企业管理理论应用到建筑企业思想政治工作中,试图提高当前建筑企业思想政治工作水平。
For our socialist country, we always uphold the concept of “serving the people wholeheartedly.” In some domestic construction enterprises, this concept has not been well implemented, that is, ideological and political workers are themselves placed in the “manager” or “educator” position above, pay attention to ideological and political work The educational function and the political function, ignoring the social function and service function. From the perspective of service workers and staffs, they are characterized by weak service theory, lagging service methods, unclear service areas and insignificant service results, which severely restrict the long-term and stable development of construction enterprises. In response to this problem, it is urgent for construction enterprises to establish the concept of “service ” and change the function of ideological and political work in construction enterprises. Therefore, this article applies the theory of enterprise management to the ideological and political work of construction enterprises and tries to improve the current level of ideological and political work in construction enterprises .
