目的:探讨食管癌发生发展过程中nm23H1基因表达及突变情况。方法:收集40例手术切除食管鳞癌标本利用RT-PCR及SSCP技术对食管正常粘膜、癌旁粘膜、癌组织、相应淋巴结进行nm23H1基因mRNA表达及突变分析。结果:nm23H1基因在食管正常粘膜及无癌转移淋巴结中高表达,在癌组织及有癌转移淋巴结中低表达。所有检测样品中无发现nm23H1基因突发。结论:nm23H1基因高表达可能对食管癌的发生发展有抑制作用。食管癌中nm23H1基因改变可能不以突发为主。
Objective: To investigate the gene expression and mutation of nm23H1 in esophageal carcinogenesis. Methods: 40 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were collected for RT-PCR and SSCP analysis of nm23H1 gene mRNA expression and mutation in normal esophageal mucosa, adjacent mucosa, cancer and corresponding lymph nodes. Results: The nm23H1 gene was overexpressed in normal esophageal mucosa and non-metastatic lymph nodes and was low in cancerous tissues and metastatic lymph nodes. No detectable nm23H1 gene was found in all samples. Conclusion: High expression of nm23H1 gene may have an inhibitory effect on the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer. Esophageal cancer nm23H1 gene changes may not be the main burst.
