在高等教育大众化时代,学生能力培养实质上是在提高社会生产力。学生想在市场竞争中获胜,就要实现能力的高阶化,学校的培养手段更要高阶化,才能满足社会对大学生在社会、经济、科技、文化、政治等方面的现实希望。大学教学质量的提高要从为学生的可持续发展来多作考虑,要从自己学校的实际情况出发,找准着力的方向和层次,克服非教育因素的过多干扰,真实地营造好成长成才环境,使学生在有限的时间内真正学到一些真东西,以便更好地为社会服务。
