按格子方法对新引进美国高梁不育系 T_x622A、T_x623A、T_x624A 等进行了主要农艺性状的配合力分析。不育系间穗粒重、穗粒数、生育期、株高、穗长、角质含量配合力差异显著,千粒重配合力差异不显著。在全部被研究性状的遗传控制中,加性基因效应占主导。除 T_x622A 外,其余新引不育系穗粒重,穗粒数的一般配合力效应优于3197A,全部新引不育系千粒重的一般配合力效应与3197A 相比,或无显著差异或明显不及,而生育期、穗长、株高的一般配合力效应明显优于3197A。因此,它们有可能在生产上被直接利用。应用新引不育系配制杂交种时,应选用千粒重高、配合力强的恢复系作父本。与3197A配制的组合相比,在本研究中尚未观察到特殊配合力效应明显优异的组合。
The analysis of the combining ability of main new agronomic traits such as T_x622A, T_x623A and T_x624A of the new sorghum CMS introduced by the grid method was carried out. There was significant difference in the combining ability between the spike weight, grain number per spike, growth stage, plant height, ear length and keratin content in CMS lines, while there was no significant difference in combining ability of 1000-grain weight. In the genetic control of all traits studied, additive gene effects dominate. Except for T_x622A, the general combining ability of the other new sterile lines was better than 3197A, and the general combining ability of all the new male sterile lines had no significant difference or significant difference with 3197A , While the general combining ability of growth period, spike length and plant height was significantly better than that of 3197A. Therefore, they are likely to be used directly in production. When applying new CMS lines to formulate hybrids, the restorer line with 1000-grain weight and strong combining ability should be chosen as the parent. Compared with the 3197A formulated combinations, no significant combination of specific combining effects was observed in this study.
