1982年2月10日至16日,在长沙由湖南省科协主持召开了“湖南省发挥有色金属优势学术讨论会”。湖南省委、湖南省人民政府对这次会议非常关心。省委第二书记万达同志多次听取会议筹备工作的汇报,作了重要指示。周政副省长代表湖南省委、湖南省人民政府出席了会议,并作了重要讲话。国家有色金属管理总局、中国金属学会和广东、广西、云南、江西、辽宁等省及北京有关院所,应邀派代表出席了会议。省政府有关委、局派员参加了会议。
From February 10 to February 16, 1982, Hunan Province CAST hosted the “Symposium on Utilizing Non-ferrous Metals in Hunan Province” in Changsha. Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Provincial People’s Government are very concerned about this meeting. The second secretary of the provincial Party committee Wanda repeatedly listened to the meeting preparations for the report, made important instructions. Vice Governor Zhou Zheng, representing Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Hunan Provincial People’s Government, attended the meeting and made an important speech. State Nonferrous Metals Administration, China Metals Society and Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Jiangxi, Liaoning provinces and relevant institutions in Beijing were invited to send representatives to attend the meeting. Relevant government departments and bureau of the provincial government sent members to attend the meeting.
