从长远看,国内成品油价格改革的最终目标是在整个成品油流通体制改革到位的基本前提下,完全放开市场价格,最终由市场竞争来形成市场价格。从近期看,成品油价格改革的重点是如何进一步完善现有成品油价格形成机制,即如何完善国内成品油价格与国际成品油价格“挂钩连动”的具体办法和措施。
