前人发展起来的变温浓缩色谱法用来分析超纯H_2中的痕量杂质是十分可靠的,他们都是用一根分子筛柱作浓缩杂质用.又用一根两米以上的分子筛柱作分离杂质用。本文取消了色谱分离柱,仅用一根24厘米长的分子筛柱作浓缩柱兼作分离柱,用一个阀门组进样,这样提高了分析灵敏度,降低了最小检知量,缩短了分析周期。
