全国石油钻头攻关座谈会,由第一机械工业部和石油化学工业部两部联合十一月十六日在上海召开。参加会议的代表包括一机、冶金、石油化工等行业共五十三个单位,一百二十八人。中国科学院科技办公室、国家地质总局和上海市革命委员会科技组等单位都派人参加了会议。与会代表来自生产厂、科研单位、院校和油田。这次会议体现了工人、干部和工程技术人员以及科研攻关、生产、使用两个三结合。
National Oil Drilling Key Symposium was jointly held by the First Ministry of Machinery Industry and the Ministry of Petrochemical Industry on November 16 in Shanghai. Representatives attending the conference included a total of 53 units and 128 persons in one machine, metallurgical and petrochemical industries. Science and Technology Office of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the State Administration of Geology and the Shanghai Municipal Revolutionary Committee Technology Group and other units have sent participants attended the meeting. Delegates from the production plants, research institutes, universities and oil fields. This meeting reflects the combination of workers, cadres, engineers and technicians as well as scientific research, production and use.
