大型液压泵站由于流量脉动往往引起大的压力波动,这是造成液压系统噪声的主要原因之一。本文通过大量试验数据和测试曲线,应用自动控制和流体力学的理论,阐明了叶片的振动原因及减少振动的方法。试验证明:本文研制的共振型吸振器,能大大消减由于液压泵所引起的液压系统的流体振动,且功率损失不大,适用于各种液压系统的消声和减振。
Large hydraulic pumping stations often cause large pressure fluctuations due to flow pulsation, which is one of the main causes of hydraulic system noise. In this paper, a large number of test data and test curves, the application of automatic control and fluid dynamics theory, clarified the causes of vibration and reduce vibration of the blade method. The experiment proves that the resonance vibration absorber developed in this paper can greatly reduce the fluid vibration of the hydraulic system caused by the hydraulic pump, and the power loss is not big, so it is suitable for the muffler and vibration reduction of various hydraulic systems.
