本文研究了不同形变量对耐磨的70Cr2SiMnMoVTiRE低合金钢硬度、冲击韧性和冲击磨料磨损性能的影响,对比了普通淬火和高温形变淬火对试验钢组织和性能的差异,探讨试验钢的强韧化实质。通过冲击磨料磨损试验和磨损表面的观察,研究了硬度韧性在不同磨损条件下的最佳组合情况,并对工业应用中球磨机磨球的选材和热处理,提出了用锻热淬火方法能明显提高韧性和耐磨性,节约能源,降低生产成本。
In this paper, the effect of different amount of deformation on the hardness, impact toughness and impact abrasive wear performance of low wear resistant 70Cr2SiMnMoVTiRE low alloyed steel was studied.
