文章指出了宾馆饭店饮用水卫生管理是卫生监督的重点,鉴于宾馆饭店大多数使用市政供水,因此二次供水又是监督的重点。文章进一步分析了宾馆饭店饮用水卫生管理的主要问题,主要是:①设计不合理;②管理不善。并对每一类问题都分解剖析,具体指出潜在危害。文章还针对存在的主要问题,根据不同的部门,提出了具体的处理意见:①加强对从业单位饮用水的卫生管理;②主管部门加强对从业单位的督促检查;③卫生监督部门要行使卫生监督职能,包括对宾馆饭店从业单位的监督和对水箱清洗消毒队的卫生监督;④加强群众监督和舆论监督。文章最后提出了要加强对宾馆饭店的预防性卫生监督,对已建成的宾馆饭店的饮水设施,要加强管理,逐步改善,避免饮水污染事故的发生。
The article points out that the hotel and restaurant drinking water sanitation management is the focus of health supervision. In view of the fact that the majority of hotels and restaurants use municipal water supply, the secondary water supply is the focus of supervision. The article further analyzes the main problems of hotel and restaurant drinking water sanitation management, mainly: ①the design is unreasonable; ②the management is not good. And each type of problem decomposition analysis, specify the potential hazards. The article also addresses the main problems, according to the different departments, put forward specific views: ① strengthen the health management of units of drinking water; ② competent departments to step up supervision and inspection of practitioners; ③ health supervision departments to exercise health supervision Functions, including supervision of hotel and catering practitioners and sanitation supervision of tank cleaning and disinfection teams; (4) Strengthening supervision by the masses and supervision by public opinion. Finally, the article puts forward that it is necessary to strengthen the preventive sanitation supervision over hotels and restaurants. For the drinking water facilities of hotels and restaurants already built, we should strengthen management and gradually improve to avoid drinking water pollution accidents.
