目的：探讨细胞粘附分子ＣＤ４４ｓ在胃癌原发灶的表达与其生物学行为及淋巴结转移规律的关系，并进行临床病理学评价。方法：采用免疫组化方法（Ｓ－Ｐ法）观察了ＣＤ４４ｓ在７０例非癌胃组织和胃癌原发灶中的表达情况，对胃癌标本进行系统病理学检查。结果：ＣＤ４４ｓ在非癌胃组织中呈弱阳性表达，胃癌组织阳性表达率为６４３％（４５／７０）。在淋巴结转移数超过５个，转移度大于５０％及转移至Ⅱ站以远，Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌中ＣＤ４４ｓ表达增强（Ｐ＜００５～００２５），而与其它临床病理因素无关。结论：ＣＤ４４ｓ表达与胃癌淋巴结转移及ＴＮＭ分期密切相关，对评估胃癌淋巴结转移程度和分析病期可能有一定价值。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of cell adhesion molecule CD44s in primary gastric cancer and its biological behavior and lymph node metastasis, and to evaluate the clinical pathology. METHODS: Immunohistochemical method (S-P method) was used to observe the expression of CD44s in 70 cases of non-cancer stomach tissues and primary gastric cancer. The pathological examination of gastric cancer specimens was performed. Results: The expression of CD44s was weakly positive in non-cancerous gastric tissues. The positive rate of gastric cancer tissues was 64. 3% (45/70). The number of lymph node metastasis was more than 5, the degree of metastasis was greater than 50%, and the metastasis to the second station was far away. The expression of CD44s in stage III and IV gastric cancer was enhanced (P<0.05), but not with other clinicopathological factors. Conclusion: The expression of CD44s is closely related to lymph node metastasis and TNM staging of gastric cancer. It may be of value in evaluating lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer and analyzing the disease stage.
