染料中间体双J酸中混有J酸,J酸的存在对最终染料的色光产生明显影响。A.A.Rafael用纸层析分离-紫外荧光鉴别-萃取-分光光度法测定J酸和双J酸混合物。J.H.Knox用高效液相色谱法分离J酸和双J酸。本文提出双波长紫外光谱法测定双J酸中J酸,该方法具有不经分离,简便、快速等优点。测定步骤: 准确称取试样1.0g,加入0.5M NaHCO_3水溶液25ml,溶解后,转入1000ml容量瓶中,用蒸馏水稀释至刻度,摇匀。移取10.0ml于1000ml容量瓶中,加1:10盐酸10ml后再用蒸馏水稀释至刻度,摇匀。用1cm石英比色皿,蒸馏水作参比,在751G型分光光度计上,240.6nm和259.5nm处测定吸光度。结果与讨论

Determination steps: accurately weighed sample 1.0g, 0.5M NaHCO_3 aqueous solution was added 25ml, dissolved, transferred to 1000ml volumetric flask, diluted with distilled water to the mark, shake. Pipette 10.0ml in 1000ml volumetric flask, add 1:10 hydrochloric acid and then diluted to the mark with distilled water, shake. With 1cm quartz cuvette, distilled water as a reference, the absorbance was measured on a 751G spectrophotometer at 240.6nm and 259.5nm. Results and discussion
